2008 As the market turns, Forum secures land for its first multifamily development, building the foundation for the firm as a multifamily developer.
2012 Forum acquires its first two multifamily assets, expanding the firm’s capabilities to include multifamily developments and acquisitions.
2013 Forum inks deals on two new development projects, diversifying its portfolio into commercial and office; Forum acquires six more multifamily properties.
2017 Forum acquires eight multifamily properties and breaks ground on three multifamily developments.
2019 Forum expands its investments team by adding real estate debt expertise to the firm and launches a real estate debt strategy.
2021 Forum expands its investments team by adding private credit expertise to the firm; breaks ground on four middle-market multifamily developments.
2022 Forum moves into its new Cherry Creek office and launches a multifamily private credit strategy.
2023 Forum expands its investments team by adding two key hires: a dedicated Chief Investment Officer and a Managing Partner - Head of Investment Management to lead the firm's distribution strategy; Forum broadens its equity strategy to include exposure to a geographically diverse portfolio of stabilized multifamily assets.
