Harry Alcock

Harry brings over 35 years of executive leadership in real estate investment and portfolio management to Forum, with experience overseeing more than $40B in transactions and $1B in credit deployment. As Head of Investments at Forum, he leads all real estate activities across the firm’s investment platforms, with a focus on capital deployment, growth strategy, and portfolio oversight.

Before joining Forum, Harry served as Chief Investment Officer at UDR, Inc., an S&P 500 multifamily REIT, where he led investment strategy and helped expand the company’s national portfolio. He previously held senior roles at AIMCO, where he played a key role in scaling the firm to become the largest multifamily owner in the U.S.

Harry is an active leader in the real estate community, serving on the Executive Committee of the National Multifamily Housing Council and as a member of ULI’s Multifamily Green Council. He holds a bachelor’s degree from San Jose State University and is known for his disciplined investment approach, strategic capital management, and long-term performance focus. Outside of work, Harry enjoys golfing, hiking, and cheering on the Broncos and Avalanche with his wife Kendra and their two sons.
