Edie Suhr

Edie brings more than 25 years of legal experience and strategic counsel to Forum, specializing in real estate, commercial development, and corporate transactions.  As General Counsel, Edie oversees legal affairs and provides strategic counsel across the firm’s subsidiaries, funds and platforms. Edie’s leadership is marked by her ability to navigate complex transactions, provide strategic legal counsel on key initiatives and partnerships, foster cross-functional collaboration, and help protect and advance Forum’s long-term interests while supporting the firm’s continued growth.

Prior to joining Forum, Edie was co-founder and partner of Fisher & Suhr P.C., a Denver-based law firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Before that, she was a shareholder at Fisher, Sweetbaum, and Levin & Sands. Earlier in her career, Edie contributed her talents to Nichimen America Inc., one of the largest international trade companies in the world, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations.

Edie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law. Outside of work, Edie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and daughter.
