Shervin Radfar

Director - Construction

Shervin brings 10 years of construction and project management experience to Forum. As Director of Construction, he leads and manages Forum’s construction function, overseeing development projects from design through resident occupancy while ensuring consistency in quality, craftsmanship, and schedule and cost control across all Forum projects.

Prior to joining Forum, Shervin served as Manager of Design & Construction at Hines in Denver. Before that, he spent several years at AvalonBay Communities, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility, including Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Management, and Project Controls, where he supported new construction and capital/redevelopment projects across various markets throughout the United States. His primary responsibilities included managing development projects from acquisition through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder and contractor coordination. He began his career through a series of internships while attending college.

Shervin holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, with a focus in Construction Management, an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry certification. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling the world with his wife and daughter.
