Rachel Diedrich

Rachel brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate finance to Forum. As Director – Financial Planning & Analysis, Rachel is responsible for financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics for Forum real estate-related investment vehicles and Forum Corporate.

Prior to joining Forum, Rachel was Director of Finance at AIR Communities, where she led a high-performing FP&A team responsible for creating strategic, multi-year models, annual budgets, and ongoing financial reporting. Before that she held similar roles at AIMCO, beginning as a financial analyst and steadily progressing her responsibilities over the course of her 10+ years at the company.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, Bobby, and her Dachshund, Brutus.
