Patxi Colbern

Patxi brings more than 9 years of real estate investment, business development, and investor relations experience to Forum. As Managing Director – Client Portfolio Manager, Patxi is responsible for investor client acquisition and capital raise efforts specifically in the Rockies region and also serves as lead for the firm’s Private Client Group.

Prior to joining Forum, Patxi was Director of Investor Relations and Asset Management for Drever Capital Management. Before that, he held several roles in investment analysis, business development, and investor relations with Riaz Capital, RealtyShares, and Marcus & Millichap.

Patxi holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Brown University and was a starting defensive end for Brown’s Football Team. He is currently a member of the Brown Alumni Real Estate Group, and a founding member of the San Francisco Chapter. As a native of Alaska, Patxi is an avid skier. He enjoys spending his free time exploring Colorado with his wife, Lindsay, and his dog, Mazzy.
