As Managing Director – Portfolio Manager, Pat is responsible for strategic direction, investment execution, and portfolio management of Forum’s real estate debt strategy and Forum Real Estate Income Fund. His experience ranges from direct investment and property-level due diligence to equity analysis/valuation and risk-adjusted portfolio construction. Prior to joining Forum, Pat was with Janus Henderson Investors for 12 years where he introduced the real estate discipline and launched/managed the firm’s Global Real Estate strategy, a top-performing fund that was consistently rated “5 stars” by Morningstar.
