Oliver Stutz

Oliver brings over 3 years of financial analysis experience in multifamily real estate investments to Forum. As Senior Associate – Investments, he is responsible for assisting the Investments team with asset and portfolio reporting, managing investment closings, and overseeing construction draws across mezzanine loans, preferred equity, senior loans, and joint venture equity.

Prior to joining Forum, Oliver was an associate broker for multifamily investments at Colliers International where he helped complete transactions exceeding $250 million in total volume. Before that was held financial and research analyst roles at Colliers.

Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder Leeds School of Business. Outside of work, Oliver enjoys staying active year-round—snowboarding, golf, squash, and live music.
