Margo Black

Margo brings more than 15 years of experience spanning private wealth management, strategic partnerships, and commercial real estate capital markets. As Senior Director – Strategic Partnerships & Product Management, she is responsible for advancing Forum’s strategic partnership initiatives, supporting key platform relationships, market expansion efforts, and product positioning across the firm’s investment solutions. Margo works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance market access, strengthen distribution channels, and align product development with the evolving needs of advisors and investors.

Prior to joining Forum, Margo served as Associate Vice President at Cadence Capital Partners, where she focused on capital raising, investor relations, and strategic market positioning for commercial real estate investments. She previously held roles with Hensel Phelps and Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, where she developed experience in real estate development, wealth advisory services, and supporting high-net-worth investors.

Margo holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, hiking Colorado’s trails, improving her golf game, and exploring new destinations around the world.
