Margo Black

Margo brings more than 13 years of experience working in private wealth management and commercial real estate capital markets to Forum. As Senior Director – Strategic Partnerships & Product Management, Margo is responsible for the development, strategy, and execution, of product initiatives and investor positioning in support of the firm’s overarching business goals across all Forum businesses.

Prior to joining Forum, Margo was Associate Vice President at Cadence Capital Partners where she specialized in commercial real estate market positioning and capital raising. Before that, she was a Development Coordinator at Hensel Phelps, and a Wealth Analyst at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management where she honed her skills working with high-net-worth investors.

Margo holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, exploring Colorado’s numerous hiking trails, improving her golf game, and traveling to the next destination on her bucket list.
