Kevin Foltz

Kevin brings more than 25 years of real estate, development, and investment management experience to Forum.  As Chief Development Officer & Head of Real Estate, he is responsible for developing a comprehensive real estate strategy aligned with the firm’s overall business goals, including oversight of the Forum’s real estate development initiatives.

Prior to joining Forum, Kevin was a Development Director with Continuum Partners where he managed entitlements, land acquisition and disposition, and ground-up development of many of Continuum Partners’ award-winning retail, hospitality, residential and commercial projects. He began his career working as an engineer and project manager at Swinerton Builders from 1996 to 2001.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado – Boulder and an MBA from the University of Colorado – Denver. He is a triathlete and enjoys skiing, hiking, and biking with his family in his native state’s beautiful outdoors. Kevin lives in Denver with his wife, C, and their two sons.
