Jeremy Warren

Jeremy brings more than 8 years of experience in real estate investments to Forum, including roles in structured finance, acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets advisory. As Director, he is responsible for originating, structuring, and closing new investments, with a specific focus on private credit and equity opportunities in the Western United States.

Prior to joining Forum, Jeremy held investment roles for various real estate funds and family offices in Newport Beach and Los Angeles, CA.

Jeremy studied finance and law at the University of Colorado, Boulder and holds graduate credentials in real estate finance from the University of California, Irvine. He is active in several community service and professional organizations, including NAIOP, NMHC, and ULI. A Colorado native, Jeremy enjoys all things outdoors, especially golf and fly fishing, and is an avid traveler and food & wine enthusiast.
