Jeremy Warren

Jeremy brings over 5 years of experience in CRE investments including institutional-level acquisitions and asset management, as well as capital markets advisory. As Associate Director – Investments, Jeremy assists the team in sourcing, evaluating and underwriting assets for direct investment and development, as well as mezzanine debt, preferred equity, joint venture equity and Co-GP opportunities.

Prior to joining Forum, Jeremy held positions with Pacific Oak Capital and Faris Lee Investments in Newport Beach, CA.

Jeremy studied pre-law and finance at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is active in several community service and professional organizations, including NAIOP and ULI. He enjoys all things outdoors, especially golf and fly fishing, and can most often be found chasing his golden retriever around Denver’s parks with his wife.
