Jeremy Warren

Jeremy brings over 7 years of experience in CRE investments including roles in structured finance, acquisitions, and asset management. As Associate Director – Investments, Jeremy is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing investments, with a primary focus on private credit and equity opportunities.

Prior to joining Forum, Jeremy held various positions with Pacific Oak Capital and Faris Lee Investments in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, CA.

Jeremy studied pre-law and finance at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He is active in several community service and professional organizations, including NAIOP, NMHC, and ULI. A Colorado native, Jeremy enjoys all things outdoors, especially golf and fly fishing, and is an avid traveler and food & wine enthusiast.
