Jarvie Worcester

Jarvie brings more than 20 years of real estate development and leadership experience to Forum. As Head of Real Estate, he oversees all transaction activity across the firm’s real estate equity investments, including land acquisitions, new development, co-GP investments, and operating property acquisitions and dispositions, ensuring disciplined execution throughout the investment lifecycle.

Before joining Forum, Jarvie served as Managing Director at Trammell Crow Residential, where he transformed the Denver division into one of the firm’s most profitable regions and led the development of over 4,500 apartment units across Colorado. He previously held senior roles with Real Capital Solutions, Vail Resorts Development Company, and Intracorp, managing large-scale residential and resort projects. Jarvie has capitalized $2B+ of development projects, partnering with both private and institutional capital.

Throughout his career, Jarvie has been recognized for his ability to deliver complex projects through disciplined execution, deep capital markets expertise, and strong partnerships with investors, municipalities, and design teams.

Jarvie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Arizona, where he was a four-year football starter and team captain. He remains active in the community through youth sports organizations and serves on several nonprofit and industry boards. In his spare time, Jarvie loves to fly fish, ski, play golf and spend time with his wife and three daughters.
