Grant Morris

Grant brings more than 8 years of real estate investment, acquisitions, and financial analysis experience to Forum. As Associate Director – Originations, he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing private credit investment opportunities across target markets, with a focus on multifamily assets and strategic relationships with developers, owners, and operators.

Before joining Forum, Grant was a Senior Associate at BMC Investments, where he led sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and execution across $1.9 billion in transactions spanning multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, and hospitality assets in Colorado, Florida, and North Carolina. Before that Grant underwrote and executed transactions at Real Capital Solutions and Cushman & Wakefield, where he supported more than $1 billion in sale and financing transactions across asset types.

Grant holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Outside of work, Grant enjoys good music, good food, and most everything outdoors.
