Erica Howard

Erica Howard brings over 10 years of experience in real estate, construction, and corporate law to Forum. As Senior Director – Real Estate Attorney, she supports internal teams on complex real estate transactions, advising on strategy, structure, and documentation, while reviewing and negotiating agreements to ensure compliance and manage risk.

Before joining Forum, Erica served as Assistant General Counsel for Local Bounti Corporation, where she led legal support for nationwide development projects, including contract negotiation, due diligence, financings, and corporate agreements. She previously held roles as General Counsel at Spectrum Acquisition Partners and Real Estate Counsel at RGA Reinsurance Company.

Erica earned her Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Missouri–St. Louis. She is licensed in Colorado and Missouri. Outside of work, Erica enjoys hiking, spending time with her kids, and tending to their little hobby farm.
