Edie Suhr

Edie brings more than 25 years of legal experience and expertise to Forum, specializing in real estate, commercial development, and corporate transactions.  As Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, Edie is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Forum, and oversees legal and infrastructure matters related to Forum’s subsidiaries, funds and platforms. Edie’s leadership is marked by a proven ability to drive organizational success, unite cross-functional teams, and align operational strategies with legal frameworks to achieve Forum’s objectives and foster sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Forum, Edie was co-founder and partner of Fisher & Suhr P.C., a Denver-based law firm specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Before that, she was a shareholder at Fisher, Sweetbaum, and Levin & Sands. Earlier in her career, Edie contributed her talents to Nichimen America Inc., one of the largest international trade companies in the world, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations.

Edie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law. Outside of work, Edie enjoys spending her free time with her husband and daughter.
