Claudia McKinnon

Claudia brings more than 5 years of experience in property budgeting, reporting, and management as well as investor reporting to Forum. As Asset Manager, she is responsible for efficient operations and oversight of property management partners of Forum’s portfolio of properties across the country.

Prior to joining Forum, Claudia was a Capital Markets Associate at Revantage in Chicago where she worked directly with Blackstone’s portfolio companies placing debt on new and recently acquired assets. Before that she held a series of roles at Wintrust Financial including a Commercial Real Estate Lending Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Credit Analyst.

Claudia holds a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Real Estate and Finance from Marquette University. Outside of work, Claudia enjoys adventures outdoors with her husband and dogs, Finley and Louie.
