Chris Armour

Associate Director - Asset Manager

Chris brings more than 12 years of real estate finance and asset management experience to Forum. As Associate Director – Asset Manager, he is responsible for operational oversight, performance governance, and property management execution for Forum’s real estate equity portfolio.

Prior to joining Forum, Chris served as Asset Manager at Grand Peaks, overseeing a $1 billion multifamily portfolio across bicoastal markets, from Class A to luxury trophy assets, including new development lease-ups and stabilized acquisitions. Before that, he spent more than six years as Acquisition Manager / Asset Manager at Monarch Investment and Management Group, and began his career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Asset Management and Acquisition Analyst at Miller Frishman Group.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Finance, Real Estate, both from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, and is certified in real estate modeling for joint ventures and waterfalls, and for debt and levered cash flows. Outside of work, Chris enjoys martial arts, playing poker, and taking advantage of everything Colorado’s outdoors has to offer. He’s also a proud father to one son and grandfather to one grandson.
