Bryan Gardner

Bryan brings over 3 years of experience in debt and equity capital markets to Forum. As Senior Associate – Client Portfolio Manager, Bryan is responsible for providing internal sales and service support to the firm’s capital development team.

Prior to joining Forum, Bryan was Analyst, Debt & Equity Capital Markets at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he served as analyst on more than $400 million of closed debt and equity placements for multifamily and commercial assets across the U.S. Before that, he was an intern for the Debt & Equity Capital Markets group at JLL and Team President for the Sherman Miller Leeds Case Competition.

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Colorado Boulder – Leeds School of Business. He is actively involved in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), including ULI’s Partnership Forum, as well as the CU Real Estate Alumni Committee and the Young Alumni Mentors Program. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with family, skiing, and supporting the Colorado Buffaloes.
