Michael Ornelas

Michael brings over 4 years of commercial real estate finance experience to Forum. As Senior Associate – Investments, Michael is responsible for evaluating and underwriting prospective developments, financings and acquisitions of real estate investments, including mezzanine loans, preferred equity, joint venture equity, and common equity structures.

Prior to joining Forum, Michael held various positions at Summit Investment Management, ArrowMark Partners, and Huntington National bank.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Denver. Outside of work, Michael enjoys lifting weights, traveling, and spending time in the Rocky Mountains with friends and family.
