Jenn Ristau

Jenn brings more than 8 years of administrative, legal, and operational support experience to Forum. As Senior Associate – Paralegal, she assists with entity formation and management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across Forum’s real estate portfolio, partnering closely with the General Counsel and Compliance team on corporate structuring, contract administration, and due diligence for real estate investment transactions.

Prior to joining Forum, Jenn served as an Investment Paralegal at Partners Group, supporting global investment operations across Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Royalties and Debt — partnering with attorneys and investment teams on entity formation, contract management, and regulatory compliance throughout the full investment lifecycle. Before that, she held executive administrative roles at TD Synnex, Comstor, and CBD Global.

Jenn studied at Rocky Mountain Community College and worked with the Military Muscle Foundation, supporting veteran and first responder mental health initiatives. For 13 years, she served on the Board of Directors of Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue, helping bridge the gap between rescue and adoption by connecting Great Danes with foster families and guiding them toward their forever homes.

Outside of work, Jenn makes the most of Colorado’s great outdoors with her kids and hits the open road on her Harley-Davidson Road Glide. A few fun facts: in 2024, she logged 32,000 miles on her motorcycle in a single year exploring the U.S. — and when she went skydiving for the first time, she jumped solo!
