Back Jordan Chisholm Senior Associate – Investor Relations Jordan brings more than 10 years of legal, compliance, and financial services experience to Forum. In her role as Senior Associate – Investor Relations, Jordan supports all aspects of the firm’s fundraising and overall investor experience including subscription processing and client communications. Prior to joining Forum, Jordan held the role of Relationship Manager and Assistant Vice President at Computershare, as well as other relationship and analyst positions at Broadridge Financial Solutions and Empower Retirement. Before working in the financial services industry, she was a litigation paralegal. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado in International Spanish for the Professions with a minor in Business Administration. She completed first year law at St. Mary’s University School of Law and holds a Paralegal Certificate as well as FINRA SIE, Series 6 & 63 licenses. As a Colorado native, Jordan enjoys being outdoors, skiing, and hiking with her yellow Lab, Pearl.
Job Title Associate Director - Investor Relations Posting Duration: This posting will close at the end of December and will only be extended if we need to see more candidates to fill the position. Position Summary: This role is integral in executing a multifaceted investor relations strategy, foundational tactics, and an overall roadmap. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations and working closely with Forum Leadership and Business Development/Investor Relations teams, you will ensure that Forum’s universe is appropriately aligned with Investors and stakeholders. We are looking for you to start to form meaningful, genuine and sustainable relationships with each of our Investors that honor their individual preferences and needs while remaining committed to our platform. We are looking to build Forum as a significant and trusted player in real estate investment / asset management sphere, and this role will need to drive a long-term strategy with our current and prospective Investors to ensure we have the resources needed to execute on the company’s long-term vision. Essential Functions: Exceptional interpersonal and strong relationship management skills anchored by a love for creating a personalized Investor experience is paramount – an ability to make every Investor feel special. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear ability to effectively collaborate with other departments and professionals – inside and outside the organization. Extremely detail-oriented, with a desire to deliver exceptional experiences and quality work. Ability to verbally and digitally interact at a high level with technical Investors around investment products. Knowledge of and ability to anticipate and proactively address the needs of Investors based on past Investor-facing experiences. Working knowledge of SEC compliance requirements related to public and private investment offerings. Knowledge of and experience in financial services required. Skills, Qualifications, Additional Responsibilities: Prior experience in an Investor-facing role. Experience in direct real estate investments is strongly preferred. Experience with investment funds and debt products a plus. Compensation Information: Base salary range is $120,000 to $145,000. This range is estimated for this role; actual pay may be different.
