Back Drew Greenfield Senior Associate – Investments Drew brings more than 8 years of financial analysis and modeling experience to Forum. As Senior Associate – Investments, Drew assists with asset and portfolio-level reporting and in the transaction closing process for the firm’s fund and separate account investments. Prior to joining Forum, Drew was Manager, Finance & Accounting Managed Service with PwC, LLP where he was responsible for execution of client engagements that support financial statement and management reporting. Before that he was Senior Analytics Associate, Capital Finance at AIR Communities, and Senior Analyst, FP&A at Streamline. Drew holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy degrees from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. Outside of work, Drew enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
Job Title Investment Associate – Private Credit Posting Duration: This posting will be closed March 27, 2026, and will only be extended if we need to see more candidates to fill the position. Position Summary: The Investment Associate / Senior Associate – Private Credit is responsible for supporting the Private Credit Team in evaluating and underwriting prospective investments supporting the development, acquisition, and recapitalization of real estate assets — primarily multifamily and other residential property types. Investment structures will include mezzanine loans, preferred equity, whole loans, bridge loans, and joint venture equity. Essential Responsibilities: Support a team of real estate private equity investment professionals, responsible for the origination, underwriting and closing of investments on behalf of institutional funds and separate accounts. Manage the team’s pipeline tracker for potential real estate investments throughout the country. Communicate with investments team members and external market participants to discuss investment opportunities, coordinate travel schedules, and organize property tours. Help structure business plans, perform due diligence, and produce well-organized investment memos, models, and other materials for presentation to Investment Committee, Investors, or other internal teams supporting the business. Assist in all phases of the due diligence, closing, and post-closing processes. Aid in and coordinate the negotiation of various legal agreements including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture documentation, loan documentation. Additional duties as needed and assigned. Skills, Qualifications, Additional Responsibilities 2-5 years of related experience in an analytical role (preferably real estate focused) Research, analyze, and underwrite potential real estate investments – primarily multifamily and other residential property types. Evaluate new investment opportunities utilizing data from both the firm’s existing portfolio and third-party providers to present structure recommendations to Investment Directors. Identify, monitor, and evaluate local and regional markets, asset class trends, and general economic conditions as they relate to the various investment strategies that Forum is managing or pursuing. Must have strong verbal and written skills, and a demonstrable ability to construct compelling theses through meticulous research skills Education & Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, economics, or accounting; or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred but not required. Strong financial, analytical, and modeling skills – high proficiency in Microsoft Excel necessary. Compensation Information: Base salary range is $70,000 to $110,000. This range is estimated for this role; actual pay may be different.
