Sadie Parris

Sadie brings more than 8 years of tax, partnership taxation, and alternative investment experience to Forum. As Senior Director – Tax, Sadie is responsible for tax matters across Forum’s real estate and private credit platforms, including fund and partnership structures, transaction-related tax analysis, investor tax reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors.

Prior to joining Forum, Sadie spent eight years with KPMG, most recently serving as Tax Senior Manager. During her tenure, she led partnership tax engagements for alternative investment and asset management clients, reviewed complex partnership tax returns and Schedule K-1s, provided technical tax guidance, and advised clients on tax compliance matters. She also managed engagement teams, mentored professionals at multiple levels, and helped drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Sadie holds both a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver and is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Colorado. Outside of work Sadie enjoys reading, baking, following Denver sports teams, and spending time with her husband, toddler, and twin babies
