Alec Aichinger

Alec brings more than 8 years of experience spanning client relationship management, business development, operations, and team leadership. As Senior Associate – Client Portfolio Manager, he is responsible for providing internal sales and service support to the firm’s capital development team.

Prior to joining Forum, Alec served as a Staff Sergeant with the U.S. Army’s 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), where he held leadership responsibilities within an elite Special Forces Operational Detachment and worked closely with international and interagency partners in complex operational environments. Earlier in his career, he held client-facing roles in insurance consulting and residential real estate, building trusted relationships, advising clients, and supporting business development initiatives.

Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. Outside the office, Alec is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys skiing, golfing, biking, hunting, and fishing.
