Jonathan Polster

Director - Originations

Jonathan brings more than 10 years of real estate investment, acquisitions, and capital markets experience to Forum. As Director – Originations, he is responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing private credit investment opportunities across target markets, with a focus on multifamily assets and strategic relationships with developers, owners, and operators.

Before joining Forum, Jonathan was Founder and Principal of Peakview Investments, where he led acquisitions, asset management, and capital formation across multifamily and industrial investments, building the platform into an institutional-grade business that completed more than $50 million in transactions and raised over $23 million in equity while developing a national sourcing network. Earlier in his career, he worked at HFF (now JLL Capital Markets), supporting over $5 billion in multifamily transactions, and began at Fannie Mae in finance and accounting roles focused on forecasting and strategic planning.

Jonathan holds a Master of Professional Studies in Commercial Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys skiing and hiking in the Rocky Mountains, attending live music events, exploring new cities, and remaining an avid Cleveland sports fan – an exercise in long-term patience and resilience.
