Jill O'Connell

Jill brings more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience to Forum. As Chief Human Resources Officer, she oversees the firm’s human capital function, including organizational design, talent strategy and management, and cultural development.

Before joining Forum, Jill served as Interim Head of People at Partners Capital Investment Group where she led the North American people operation. She previously held senior HR leadership roles at Title Resources Group, RWA Wealth Partners, EF Hutton, Edelman Financial Engines, Cengage, and Fidelity Investments. At RWA Wealth Partners, Jill advanced from Chief Human Resources Officer to Chief Administrative Officer, reflecting her expanded leadership across firm operations.

Throughout her career, Jill has been recognized as a trusted advisor to executive teams and employees alike, guiding organizations through growth and transformation while fostering cultures centered on engagement and performance.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Boston University. Outside of work, she is actively engaged in her community through pro bono advisory work and enjoys spending quality time with her adult children, exploring and enjoying the sunny South together.
