Anthony Gutierrez

Anthony brings more than 6 years of sales and relationship management experience to Forum. As Senior Associate – Client Portfolio Manager, Anthony is responsible for providing internal sales and service support to the firm’s capital development team.

Before joining Forum, Anthony was a National Commercial Account Manager at Fidelity National Title, where he managed clients’ complex national and regional commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions through closing, and sourced new business. Prior to that role, he worked in healthcare business development as a pharmaceutical sales representative, covering a territory in Southern California. During this time, he developed a disciplined and consultative approach to prospecting, pipeline management, and relationship development.

Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is a licensed Colorado Insurance Producer. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his pup, TJ, and his family, traveling whenever possible, playing golf, and cheering on Denver’s sports teams.
