Kale Gilmore

Kale brings over 20 years of technology leadership experience to Forum, with a focus on enterprise data management, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation. As Director of Information Technology, he is responsible for overseeing Forum’s IT strategy, managing outsourced partners, and ensuring the integrity, security, and performance of the firm’s technology ecosystem.

Prior to joining Forum, Kale served as Information Technology Director at Meritage Midstream Services, where he led the company’s transition to a data-driven enterprise, implemented Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, and oversaw the NIST cybersecurity framework. Before that, Kale held leadership roles at the City and County of Broomfield, overseeing IT for 1,000+ employees, managing multimillion-dollar infrastructure budgets, and spearheading enterprise innovation initiatives.

Kale earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from the University of Northern Colorado. Outside of work, Kale enjoys coaching baseball and softball and spending time with his family at their lake house.
