Anders Croone

Anders supports the Asset Management team with financial reporting and operational analysis across the firm’s national multifamily portfolio. His responsibilities include assisting with asset performance tracking, budgeting, market research, and supporting property dispositions and lender reporting.

Prior to Forum, Anders was an Investment Analyst at MMG Real Estate Advisors, where he underwrote multifamily deals and supported full-cycle transaction processes. He also held internships in utility data analytics and general contracting, gaining hands-on experience in cost analysis, vendor coordination, and reporting.

Anders earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, majoring in Real Estate with a Finance minor, and is a former Division 1 lacrosse player. Outside of work, Anders enjoys all things outdoors including fly fishing, skiing, and hunting.
