Jordan Shabot

Jordan brings over 3 years of experience in multifamily real estate development. As Senior Associate – Development Analyst, Jordan works with the team on research, underwriting, and proforma financial modeling for the firm’s development projects.

Jordan joins Forum from UDR, where he was a development analyst intern, underwriting, developing proformas, and automating processes for efficiencies. Before that he was Director of Housekeeping at Magnolia Denver.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and received a Project Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. He recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Real Estate & Built Environment from the University of Denver and is an active member of NAIOP. Jordan enjoys all things outdoors and is an avid skier, hiker, and mountain biker.
