Siobhan Sargent

Siobhan (Shiv) brings more than 10 years of marketing experience to Forum including 6 years in the multifamily real estate industry. As Senior Director –Marketing & Events, Shiv is responsible for the development and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans in support of the firm’s overarching business goals and oversees all aspects of the firm’s investor event program and production.

Prior to joining Forum, Shiv was Vice President, Marketing & Communications at Haven Residential & 29th Street Capital, where she managed marketing activities for over 50 properties across the U.S. Before that she was Senior Marketing Manager, Interactive at AIR Communities (an AIMCO company) and Creative Marketing Manager at AIMCO.

Shiv holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from James Madison University with a concentration in media arts and design. Outside of work, she is a huge sports fan, outdoor enthusiast, and self-proclaimed film buff. You can catch her at a game, watching the year’s Oscar “best picture” noms, or hiking with her dog, Diesel.
