Everyone in the entire organization is truly pulling in the same direction. Egos are checked at the door. And the phrase "that’s not my job" does not exist in this organization. While it sounds cliché, working at Forum truly doesn’t feel like work. It is a very special place, and it all starts with the people.

After 30 years in real estate as a lawyer, broker, and investor, I elected to move to Denver to join Forum in 2023 because Forum has the ability to invest across the capital stack. Every investment cycle brings opportunity, but you have to know where to look and our team at Forum is adept and nimble at evaluating opportunities.

Forum is anything but the typical firm. Instead of teams and individuals working individually and selfishly, it is a coordinated group of highly functioning individuals all working side by side towards the same goal.
