John Kim

John brings over five years of experience in accounting and financial reporting to Forum. As Associate – Property Accountant, John plays a key role in supporting the firm’s accounting operations across its diverse property portfolio, ensuring precise financial management and comprehensive reporting.

Prior to joining Forum, John was a Property Accounting Analyst at Cardinal Management Group, where he ensured accurate financial reporting and led several initiatives to improve accounting processes. Before that he gained valuable experience as a Staff Accountant at C&S Wholesale Grocers and a Financial Sales Tax Analyst for Performance Food Group.

John holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver. Outside of work, John enjoys watching movies, hiking through Colorado’s beautiful landscapes, and diving into a good book.
